  OMC have given me a brand new car as a replacement for a faulty one bought brand new in November 2016. Rory and his Technicians did everything possible to rectify the Sat Nav fault and the Ford UK national Sat Nav expert was called in to help. He couldn't fix it so OMC agreed to replace the car and Stewart the Sales Director negotiated with Ford UK to arrange it. Initially Ford UK agreed to a replacement and then later changed their mind saying that a computer upgrade due at the end of August would fix the fault. Stewart was undeterred by this and persuaded them that it was in everybody's interest that my car should be replaced. So I am now the owner of a second brand new vehicle at no cost to me and everything is working! I have no hesitation in recommending OMC Ford in Accrington. Well done on a great result.
